Morongo Valley, is a small community located in the upper desert of the San Bernardino Mountains that is about 16 miles north of downtown Palm Springs California, and 15 miles to Joshua Tree Monument. Morongo Valley is about ten degrees cooler then the lower desert floor and the evenings cool down by at least 20 degrees with its soft gentle evening breezes. Morongo has an abundance of desert wildlife and various planet species for its visitors and inhabitants to see and enjoy.
